Why photography?
As far back as I can remember, I've loved to take pictures. I think I may have been about 12 years old when my dad gave me his old Pentax K1000 along with a book or two, just in case I needed to know what all this shutter-speed and f-stop talk was about. From that early experience came an intuitive understanding of the mechanics of photography. The really useful knowledge came later.
My photography of late has been all about people, telling their stories through pictures, showing how they see themselves and how others see them. It's something I love to do, and I hope you enjoy the results as well.
